Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 24, 2026
OmniImage provides web-based image utilities designed so that your files and pixels are processed locally in your browser whenever a tool supports that architecture. This policy explains what information may be collected, how we use it, and your rights.
Local processing and your images
For tools that run entirely in your browser, your images and derived data are not uploaded to our servers for processing. Decoding, transformation, encoding, and preview occur on your device in your browsing session. You should still avoid processing highly sensitive material on shared or untrusted devices, and you are responsible for complying with your own policies and applicable laws.
Information we may collect
We may collect limited technical information typical of websites, such as server logs (IP address, user agent, approximate request metadata, timestamps) when you load pages or assets from our hosting provider. If we enable analytics or error reporting, those services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. We do not require an account to use the public tools described on this site.
Cookies and similar technologies
We or our vendors may use cookies or local storage for preferences, language selection, security, or measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may limit certain features.
Third-party services and links
Our pages may link to third-party sites (for example, related productivity tools). Those sites have their own privacy practices. Network requests your browser makes to third parties are governed by their terms and policies, not this document.
Intellectual property and your content
You retain ownership of your images and other content. We do not claim ownership of your uploads or outputs. You grant us no license to use your images for training, resale, or marketing beyond what is technically necessary to deliver the service (for example, transient handling if a particular workflow ever required server interaction, which is not the default for our local-first tools).
Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe we have collected information from a child inappropriately, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
International users
We may operate from and use infrastructure in various countries. By using the site, you understand that information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
